Nepal’s hospitality and event landscape is undergoing a quiet but noticeable transformation as designers move away from conventional banquet halls toward more immersive and visually striking spaces.
Until a few years ago, most party palaces, restaurants and banquet venues across the country followed repetitive layouts with little emphasis on experience or aesthetics. That pattern has begun to shift with the emergence of firms such as RG Creations, which has introduced a more contemporary design approach that blends luxury, functionality and experiential architecture.
The company has developed a wide portfolio of large-scale event venues, including Harshah Batika, Utsav Kunj, Mandala Moments, Rambagh Mahal, Taj Palace, Sangam Batika and Majestic Grand. These venues have gained attention for their scale, intricate detailing and their ability to host large gatherings while maintaining a sense of sophistication.
RG Creations has also left a mark on Nepal’s nightlife scene through projects such as Victory Club, Faces Club, Rocker’s Magic and Deja Vu Club, bringing international-style lighting, layout and ambience to local entertainment spaces.
According to Ram Giri, executive chairman of RG Creations, the company focuses on creating memorable environments rather than simply constructing buildings.
“Our goal is to design spaces that people remember,” Giri said, adding that the firm works closely with clients to balance vision, budget and modern aesthetics.
